Why do people call up at 3am with billing questions, etc…? I know there’s people who work 3rd shift and this is when they’re up (I’m one of them), but if I had a question about my bill I would wait and call during the day.
I’m not a manager. There’s nothing I can do.
They’re called “business hours”, people.
