It’s been a while. I’ve been busy. Working… you know.
Anyways, I’ll try to start posting more often… maybe.
Oh… It’s been snowing! Awesome! This is the first snow I’ve seen in about 6 years, and the most I’ve seen since like ‘94; so this is pretty cool.
Didn’t get to see Nathan for Christmas, which sucks. Sent [...]

There’s a bit of an uproar over Wizard’s rebranding.
This guy’s opinion is pretty close to my own. I don’t buy Maxim, either. I might buy the occasional issue of Blender, but that’s about it.
Didn’t they try something like this a while ago? Am I remembering wrong, or did they have something like [...]

Now that I know I can post on my PSP, I might start posting more often.
Of course, the posts will be really short because I don’t want my thumbs to give out.
Anyways… comics I bought today:
Batman #669- and I’m done with this title; at least until Bat-mite shows up.
The Loners #5
X-Men #203
Punks the Comic Summer [...]

Walked to Borders yesterday. Awesome
Also, if you hate spoilers then you may want to avoid Newsarama’s preview of the new Batman issue.

From Newsarama:
Justice League of America #13 preview
This is just a preview. Ok. But if Batman is not unmasked by the end of the issue, then it’s going to be really hard to take the Injustice League seriously.
‘Cause to leave his mask on is just stupid.
The Joker might would leave it on. I think he [...]

At the Savage Critic, Jog compares Grant Morrison and Philip Bond’s Kill Your Boyfriend to Peter Milligan and Duncan Fegredo’s Girl.
I was excited because I’d just picked these up a few weeks ago in the back issue bin and I really enjoyed them.
Kill Your Boyfriend is all pop and shiny. “Let’s kill everyone because [...]

Not Blog X
I’d like to do something a little different and look at books that my generation actually DID buy, even if it isn’t popular to admit that now. I refuse to believe that I’m the only one out there who didn’t spend the 1990s reading Bone or Hate.
It looks like [...]

From Newsarama
Well, that tears it. I’m not enjoying Batman enough to justify buying a multi-part crossover, and I’m not that big a fan of Ra’s al Ghul anyway.
The current arc with JH Williams III rocks though. There’s a thread on Barbelith where he discusses his art for #667.
